Wild Water Fly Fishing Complete Fly Fishing Rod and Reel Combo Product Review
The fly rod is 5/6 weight, 9’, 4 pieces, and designed with a slow action.
It is constructed from IM8 graphite and has a machined aluminum reel seat with double lock rings and a laser etched butt cap that is 7 inches long, with a western-style cork handle that allows for maximum grip.
As well as a stainless steel gripper guide with silicon carbide rings and stainless steel foot guides and tip-top, pretty great.
The fly reel has an 85mm diameter spool which is constructed of die-cast aluminum and benefits from an adjustable disc drag.
It’s great because the reel comes pre-installed with chartreuse, WF5-F, weight-forward 5, floating fly line, 20# orange backing, and 9’ 5X tapered monofilament leader.
Another great benefit of this reel is that it can easily be changed from left to right-handed retrieve when necessary, although straight out of the box it will be set in left hand retrieve.
The fly box can hold up to 372 flies at any one given time and comes preloaded with 9 flies so you can start fishing right away, not only that but this package comes with other fishing tackle like line nipper, and a nail knot tying tool as well as a hook eye cleaner, wow such as a bargain.
And, last but not least you will also receive a 32-inch hard tube case with a reel pouch that will allow you to safely store and transport your rod and reel on your fishing trips.
